Notes - The State of Texas
County of Bastrop Know all men by these presents that I, RC Faulkner of the State of Texas and County of Bastrop have for the consideration of the sum of fifty dollars paid to me in hand by D. M. Reagan of the State of Texas and County of Travis to my full satisfaction before the signing sealing and delivering these presents this day bargained and sold unto the said D. M. Reagan all of that tract lot or parcel of land that is known and described as follows to wit: It being a part of a subdivision of a League of land that was patented to Samuel Wolfenberger and being a part of the same tract that was deeded to R. C. Faulkner by Jane Barber and beginning on D. M. Reagans N. E. line at a stake set for the S. E. corner of a seventy five acre tract of land that was deeded by me to J. A. Roach from which a PO mkd x 5 inches in diameter bears N. 40: W. 10 3/4 varas aT a black jack same mark bears S. 19' E. 11 3/4 varas; Thence N 30'E 140 varas to a stake from which a PO 18 inches in diameter mkd x bears West 6 ½ varas a do 5 inches in diameter marked x bears S 63' 30" E. 5 varas; Thence S 60: E 191 varas to the N. W. Corner of a fifty acre tract that was deed by me to D. M. Reagan; thence S 30: W. 740 varas with the N. W. Line of said Reagans 50 acre tract to its S. E. Corner; Thence N 60' W 191 varas to the place of beginning twenty five acres of land be the same more or less the title of which I do hereby warrant and forever defend unto the said D. M. Reagan from myself, my heirs executors Administrators and assigns and from the legal claim of any other person or persons whomsoever having legal claim to the same or to any part thereof together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise incident to the same or to any part thereof in testimony of which I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal using scrawl for seal this 30th day of October A.D. 1875

Know all men by these Presents-That Mr RC Faulkner and Sarah Faulkner Wife of RC Faulkner of the aforesaid State and County for the consideration of the sun of Two Hundred Dollars to me paid in hand to our full satisfaction by JE Roberts before the signing sealing and delivering these Presents have this day bargained and sold unto the said Roberts all of that tract Lot or parcel of land to Wit-It being a part of a subdivision of a League of land that was patented to Samuel Wolfenbarger and being situate in the State of Texas and County of Bastrop on the Waters of Walnut Creek and being a part of One of the Subdivisions of the South West half of said League and beginning on the South line of a tract of Land owned by DM Regan at a stake from which a Black Jack 12 inches in diameter mkd X has ?? 60' W 2 ½ vas Thence 30'W 620vas to a stake set in Thomas Osbornes S E line from which a PO 18 inches in diameter marked X has S 13'

Know all men by these presents that we Ann Weaver, Susan Watson & Guy Wolfenberger the Surviving heirs of Samuel Wolfenberger in compliance with the requirements of R. C. Folkner one of the assignees of a certain bond for title that was given by our father for two hundred and fifty acres of land. Said title bond being not yet complyed with altogether by the amount of fifty acres that have not yet heretofore been deeded by the said Samuel Wolfenberger as acquire by this bond bearing unto the 23rd day of June 1838 and we the above named heirs of the said Samuel Wolfenberger do hereby in consideration of fulfilling an complying with the contract made between Samuel Wolfenberger and John D Morgan who it appears origined and bond over to Wm S. Barber for value received of the 5th day of December 1873 and by the authority of the said W M Faulkner. We do hereby bargain sell alien convey and deliver unto R.C. Faulkner all of the following described tract lot in parcel of land to wit: It being a part of a subdivision of the headright league of land that was patented to Samuel Wolfenberger being situated in the State of Texas & County of Bastrop in the waters of Walnut Creek a tributary of the Colorado River and beginning at the N.E. corner of a one hundred acre tract of land that was deeded Jane Barber to R.C. Faulkner. Thence S.W 357 1/4 varas to John T Watson NE Corner Thence S 30 W 357 1/4 said Faulkners corner in Reagan’s line.
Thence N #### varas to the place of beginning containing fifty acres of land to the same more or less the title of which we do hereby warrant and forever defend from ourselves and heirs Executors administrators and assignees forever together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the same on to any part thereof in testimony of which we have here unto subscribed our names and affixed our seals using scrawl for seals. This the twenty seventh day of November A. D. 1874.

This instrument pf writing may witness that me Guy Wolfenberger, Charles Wolfenberger Edward Weaver and his wife Anne formerly Wolfenberger John T Watson and his wife Susan formerly Wolfenberger T M Yoast who acts for his Minor Granddaughter Miss Faulkner Amos Yoast and AB Summers and his wife Elizabeth Summers formerly Yoast daughter of said Frances M Yoast being heirs at law of Mrs Caroline Wolfenberger recently deceased do by this agreement in writing among, to and with each other that #### not have any administration on her estate and to same trouble costs and expenses to said estate and ourselves all being of age and acting for observes except the same Faulkner for whom her same Grandfather the said FM Yoast assumes to act in the premises.
Now in order to carry our said purpose into effect we agree to collect all the personal property and affects belonging to same estate of the same Caroline Wolfenberger and that we will cut up the land in Such size tracts as may be agreed and Stipulated upon by us in the premises and will by proper advertisements proceed to sell all of said effects to the highest and best bidders on Such time and terms as my be advertisen before sale and we will proceed to divide the proceeds of same sale according to the law of Descent and distribution in such cases made and provided and to bind ourselves we hereto ser our names and affixed our Seals this 26 day of June 1873.

Reagan all the following described tract lot or parcel of land to wit it being a part of a subdivision of the headright League of land that was patented to Samuel Wolfenberger and being situated in the State of Texas County of Bastrop on the waters of Walnut Creek, a tributary of the Colorado river and beginning at the NE corner of a one hundred acre tract of land that was deeded by Jane Barber to R. C. Faulkner; thence S 60° E 357 1/4 varas to John T Watson N.E. corner; Thence S° 30 W. Of 40 varas to Reagans S.E. corner; thence N 60° W 357 1/4 varas to the said Faulkner’s corner on Reagan’s line; thence N 30° E of 40 varas to the place of beginning, containing fifty acres of land be the same more or less the title of which I do hereby warrant and forever defend from myself my heirs executors administrators and assigns forever to with all and singular the right members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the same or in anywise part thereof in testimony of I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal and using scrawl seal This the 1st day April A.D. 1875
